Mrs Gabriela Bonilha Nogueira Boer

Dr Boer is a cardiologist based in Brazil, currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, with a research focus on medication adherence in patients with cardiovascular disease. She serves as a preceptor in the Cardiology Residency Programme at the Hospital Universitário Cajuru and is an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) instructor certified by the American Heart Association. Her clinical work includes cardiac intensive care, outpatient cardiology, and the performance of cardiovascular diagnostic tests. Her interests focus on heart failure, cardiometabolic risk, and evidence-based cardiovascular medicine, particularly strategies to improve treatment adherence and outcomes. She has presented multiple case reports at scientific meetings. She speaks Portuguese and English and enjoys playing the piano and swimming.
