Biography
Dr. Chen Wang obtained his Bachelor of Clinical Medicine from the West China School of Clinical Medicine, Sichuan University, in 2009. He subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Internal Medicine with a concentration in Cardiovascular Diseases from Shandong University School of Medicine in 2012, followed by a Ph.D. in the same discipline from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2016. Since 2016, Dr. Wang has been serving as an attending cardiologist in the Department of Cardiology at the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. His clinical and research interests center on cardiac electrophysiology, particularly the interventional management of cardiac arrhythmias, including radiofrequency catheter ablation and percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion. Dr. Wang is a member of the Asia Heart Rhythm Association and is actively engaged in advancing evidence-based strategies for rhythm management and stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation.
