Doctor Mariano Festa

Dr. M. F. is a fourth-year Internal Medicine resident at the University of Salerno and a Consultant Physician at AOU San Giovanni di Dio e Ruggi d'Aragona, Salerno, Italy. Since joining the Department of Internal Medicine, he has developed a strong clinical and research interest in emergency and critical care, cardiovascular medicine, and acute care. His research focuses on cardiovascular risk assessment, multimodality cardiac imaging and precision medicine, with a particular interest in the cardiometabolic continuum. He is committed to improving the management of acutely ill patients through the optimization of diagnostic and therapeutic pathways. Outside medicine, he enjoys cinema and speaks Italian and English.
