Doctor Zoltan Varga

Zoltan Varga is the head of the Cardiometabolic Immunology and Cardiooncology Research Group of the Hungarian Center of Excellence in Molecular Medicine and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences at the Semmelweis University. His research covers areas of molecular cardiology, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular immunology and pharmacology, and cardiotoxicity, cardiooncology, placing special emphasis on studying the role of inflammatory interorgan interactions in these disease states.
