Biography
Dr. Xiting Wang, MD, is Deputy Chief Physician in Department of Geriatric at Peking University First Hospital and has served as a Visiting Researcher at Imperial College London. She received her Doctor of Medicine in Cardiovascular Medicine from Peking University Health Science Center. She specializes in cardiovascular diseases and geriatric syndromes, with extensive experience in patients management and echocardiography. Her research focuses on antiplatelet therapy in older adults, particularly the efficacy and safety of low-dose aspirin, aspirin responsiveness, bleeding risk, sarcopenia, and body composition. She serves as Principal Investigator and participant in multiple national and institutional research projects and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals. She is active in academic societies and has received several awards for clinical excellence and teaching. She is fluent in Chinese and English and is dedicated to advancing evidence-based cardiovascular care for aging.
