Biography
I'm a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Montréal, affiliated with the Montreal Heart Institute Research Center. My research focuses on the effects of extreme environments/conditions on human physiology, particularly the cardiovascular aspect, to improve the health/performance in different populations (aging, CVD, firefighters, healthy) Research specialties: - cardiovascular physiology/diseases - environnementale physiology - exercise physiology - cardiac imaging (cardiac echography) - ECGs for research PhD thesis: Environmental limits for safe physical activity in the heat by people living with cardiovascular disease.
