Mr Adib Chowdhury

Adib Chowdhury is a Doctor of Medicine (MD) candidate at Monash University with a strong academic and research interest in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. Since commencing a Master of Science (MSc) in Cardiology at University of Buckingham, he has undertaken research in cardiac revascularization outcomes, CT coronary angiography prognostication, and NSTEMI patient flow within tertiary cardiac centres. He is also undertaking a PhD at University of Reading focused on the cardiotoxic effects of anti-cancer therapies, alongside a Graduate Diploma in Cardiac Electrophysiology through CEPIA. His areas of expertise and research interest include cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular imaging, interventional cardiology, cardio-oncology, and clinical outcomes research. Adib has contributed to projects involving statistical modelling, REDCap-based cardiovascular research databases, and electrophysiology-focused clinical investigations.
