Professor Sheikh Mohammed Shariful Islam

Professor Islam is a Physician Scientist with a post doctorate in cardiovascular diseases research. His research interests are to design and conduct large-scale epidemiological studies, clinical trials, transnational and implementation research. Shariful's research focuses on using eHealth, wearable devices, big data analysis, and innovative information technologies. He is an Emerging Leader of the World Heart Federation, published >200 peer-reviewed articles and received several international grants as Principal Investigator.
