Biography
Mengxing Cai, MD, PhD, is a doctoral researcher at Peking Union Medical College and Fuwai Hospital, with research interests in cardiac arrhythmias and conduction system pacing. His work focuses on improving the efficacy of left bundle branch pacing, including the development of novel intraoperative electrocardiographic predictors that enhance implantation success and optimize CRT strategies. He has authored 7 SCI-indexed publications as first or co-first author in leading journals, including Circ Arrhythm Electrophysiol, Europace, Can J Cardiol, and J Cardiovasc Electrophysiol. His research has been cited in multiple international clinical guidelines and expert consensus statements.
