Mr Ali Choo

Since October 2022, has been engaged in cardiovascular research at the Division of Cardiology, The University of Hong Kong. Beginning as a Research Assistant, contributed to the analysis of large-scale clinical data from the Hospital Authority’s Electronic Health Record system, generating valuable insights into cardiovascular health outcomes through advanced statistical and analytical approaches. Currently pursuing a PhD in the same division, with a research focus on predictive modeling for cardiovascular outcomes. Research interests include clinical big data analytics, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling, with strong programming expertise in R and Python within a Linux environment.
