Biography
Dr. Anubha Agarwal is a cardiologist, Assistant Professor of Medicine, and Co-Director of the Program in Global Cardiovascular Health at Washington University in St. Louis with research expertise in implementation science, clinical trial methods, and regulatory science for global pharmacologic clinical trials. She leads a global research program focused on improving cardiovascular health of vulnerable populations worldwide using polypill-based implementation strategies for prevention of cardiovascular disease, treatment of hypertension, and heart failure. Dr. Agarwal has published in high-impact journals including Nature Medicine and JAMA, received the American Society for Clinical Investigation Young Physician-Scientist Award, and serves in several key leadership roles within her institution and beyond.
