Doctor Antonio Sanzo

Dr. Antonio Sanzo is a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology and cardiac pacing. He has been serving as a Medical Director at Fondazione IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia, Italy, since 2015. Prior to this, he worked at Istituto Clinico Humanitas Mater Domini in Castellanza (Varese) from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Sanzo obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Pavia and later completed a specialization in Cardiology at the same institution. He further advanced his expertise by earning a Second-Level Master's Degree in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing from the University of Insubria. His professional competencies include the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, with a focus on complex tachycardias, catheter ablation procedures, pacemaker implantation, and cardiac resynchronization therapy for heart failure patients.
