Doctor Ali Anil Sinaci

Anil Sinaci is a software engineer and computer scientist with over 15 years of experience in digital health, data interoperability, semantic technologies, FAIR data, and applied research. He is a Principal Solutions Architect and Senior Researcher at SRDC Software Corporation in Ankara, Turkiye, where he leads engineering teams and contributes to international R&D projects in healthcare and research infrastructures. He also acts as Managing Director of Pontegra Software Technologies B.V., a Netherlands-based digital health engineering company focused on production-grade health data infrastructure and FHIR-based interoperability solutions. Anil holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University. His work includes health data interoperability, semantic web technologies, data management, machine learning, big data analytics, and eHealth systems. He has contributed to open-source software, standardization work, and peer-reviewed publications.
