Dr. Shawn Owiredu is an Internal Medicine resident based in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his medical education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and is currently in the final year of his residency in Internal Medicine at Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ. His research includes several publications on mitochondrial bioenergetics and the effects of simulated dive conditions on cellular function.
