Sarinya Puwanant, M.D., FASE, is a board-certified cardiologist who is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University. She received her MD. with honors from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. Dr. Puwanant completed her internal medicine residency at Songkhlanagarind Hospital, and cardiology fellowships at Siriraj Hospital, Thailand. She was a research and clinical fellow in Echocardiography at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN), and Cleveland Clinic Foundation (Ohio), USA, respectively. She also was a clinical fellow in heart failure and transplantation at the University of Florida, Gainesville, USA. She joined the staff of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Chulalongkorn University in 2008. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE). She has written papers as a first author in the NEJM, Circulation, JACC, and EHJ. Dr. Puwanant is the Medical Director of Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.
