Ms Gyeongseo Yoo

Seoul (Korea (Republic of))

Gyeongseo Yoo is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Medical Science at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. Her research encompasses gene therapy, RNA-based therapeutics, and advanced drug delivery systems, with a particular focus on cardiovascular diseases such as atrial fibrillation. She is particularly interested in the development and optimization of targeted delivery platforms, including lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and apoptotic-derived nanovesicles (NVs), for precise gene silencing and gene editing applications. Throughout her academic career, Gyeongseo Yoo has gained extensive experience in molecular and cellular biology, with expertise in RNA interference, nanoparticle formulation, and gene editing. She has actively contributed to several research projects focused on the development of gene delivery systems for cardiovascular diseases, presenting her findings at national and international conferences.
