Biography
Olivier Leonard began his career in electrophysiology (EP) in 1993 at the University of Mont-Godinne, where he worked under Prof. De Roy, who became his mentor and instilled in him a deep passion for EP. After three years of intensive learning, he transitioned to the medical device industry, joining Bard Electrophysiology. Over 14 years, he progressed from field support to Global Product Manager, playing a key role in the development of LS Pro alongside Bard’s R&D team. His work allowed him to collaborate with physicians worldwide and contribute to innovative EP technologies. Following his time at Bard, Olivier held various leadership roles in St. Jude Medical, Abbott, and Boston Scientific, where he specialized in marketing EP capital equipment. Today, he is part of CathVision, actively contributing to the development of the next generation of EP recording systems.
