Biography
Francesco Cefalì, MD is a Cardiology Resident at Sapienza University of Rome, currently training at Sant’Andrea University Hospital. His clinical interests include interventional cardiology, acute coronary syndromes, coronary physiology, structural heart disease, and advanced heart failure. He has experience in the management of critically ill cardiovascular patients, including those requiring mechanical circulatory support with IABP and Impella CP. Dr. Cefalì is actively involved in clinical research and has contributed to scientific publications and presentations at national and international cardiology meetings, including EuroPCR, London Valves, and the Italian Society of Cardiology Congress.
