Doctor Rakavi Rathinasamy

​Dr. Rakavi R is a dedicated cardiologist with comprehensive training in both invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular care. She earned her MBBS from AIIMS Bhubaneswar (2018), her MD in Internal Medicine from PGIMER Chandigarh (2021), and her DM in Cardiology from AIIMS New Delhi (2025). ​Her clinical expertise encompasses coronary angiography, primary PCI, temporary and permanent pacing, and IABP insertion, alongside proficiency in echocardiography (TTE, TEE) and complex ICU management for conditions such as ACS, arrhythmias, and cardiogenic shock. Dr. Rakavi has a strong background in clinical research, with a particular focus on pacemaker therapy outcomes and the management of cardiovascular comorbidities. An active educator, she has been involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, case discussions, and journal clubs. Outside of her professional work, she is an avid quizzer and a practitioner of yoga.
