Biography
I am a physiotherapist and district nurse, specializing in clinical care for individuals of advanced age, particularly in home-based care. My research background focuses on healthy aging and well-being in later life, as well as health-related lifestyle factors such as physical activity, diet, and alcohol consumption patterns. I also have a strong interest and active involvement in epidemiology, longitudinal research, and intervention studies.
