Biography
Cardiologist and Intensivist, Coordinator of the Coronary Care Unit, at the Instituto Dante Pazzanese de Cardiologia (São Paulo, Brazil).
Extensive clinical expertise in the management of acute coronary syndromes, cardiogenic shock, and post-infarction mechanical complications, with substantial experience in the care of critically ill and acutely decompensated cardiovascular patients.
Research interests focus on cardiogenic shock, mechanical complications of acute myocardial infarction, acute chest pain pathways, myocardial infarction, and the diagnostic and prognostic utility of high-sensitivity cardiac troponins.
