Miss Fariba Rafiee

Fariba Rafiee is a cardiologist with a growing focus on cardiac electrophysiology since 2025 and the management of cardiac arrhythmias. She is clinically involved in electrophysiological procedures, with a particular interest in atrial fibrillation and catheter ablation, and is currently expanding her procedural expertise in the EP laboratory. Alongside her clinical work, she has developed a specialized rhythmology practice with a strong focus on the assessment and longitudinal management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. Her current research activities focus on vascular closure technologies and novel strategies to improve procedural safety and patient care. She is particularly interested in the development of integrated care pathways between electrophysiology centres and outpatient rhythmology services. Outside medicine, she enjoys sports and spending time with her twins. Languages: Swedish, German, English, Persian.
