Dr. Li Yong is an interventional cardiologist at Jiangsu Province Hospital, China, where he serves as Deputy Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Postdoctoral Fellow in Cardiovascular Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Suzhou Medical University and completed his master’s and doctorate at Nanjing Medical University. Dr. Li specializes in coronary interventions, with expertise in calcified lesions, bifurcation lesions, complex PCI, and CTO. He has received several honors, including the National Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is Vice Chairman of the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Committee under the Nanjing Preventive Medicine Association and a Standing Committee Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Atherosclerosis Committee. His research focuses on coronary artery disease, heart failure, cardiac imaging, medical devices, and artificial intelligence in cardiology.
