Doctor Isaac Ssinabulya

Isaac Ssinabulya is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at the Uganda Heart Institute - Kampala and the Department of Internal Medicine, Makerere University College of Health Sciences. Co-Director - UINCD. His current projects include mHealth in Heart Failure Self Care, Hypertension control in Uganda, HIV and cardiometabolic outcomes, HIV and Hypertension integrated management, Isaac is currently leading the PEN-Plus implementation program in Uganda. His collaborative work has resulted in capacity building in areas that were previously hard to reach resulting in early detection of NCDs and risk factor modification and access to NCD commodities. He is a mentor, teacher and passionate about nature.
