Biography
Ms Bernice Shinyi Chan is a PhD student at the School of Nursing of the University of Hong Kong since October 2022. She received her degree of Bachelor of Nursing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong with first class of honours. She then obtained her Master of Science degree in Cardiology at Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2022. Ms Chan's research interests include cardiology, chronic disease management and primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases. In particular, her research efforts mainly focus on promoting lifestyle modification in patients with metabolic syndrome.
