Doctor Ertugrul Yencilek

Ertugrul Yencilek, MD, is a cardiology trainee at Etlik City Hospital, a high-volume tertiary centre, with experience in acute cardiology, interventional and structural procedures, electrophysiology, and cardiac imaging. He is actively involved in the management of acute coronary syndromes (STEMI/NSTEMI) and primary PCI. He participates in interventional procedures under specialist supervision, including CTO PCI, ASD/PFO and paravalvular leak closure, and TAVI. He has experience in cardiac imaging, including transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography. He is involved in clinical research, with a presentation at EuroPCR 2025 and an upcoming presentation at Heart Failure 2026. He speaks Turkish, English, and Swedish. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, chess, and "friluftsliv".
