Jovan Rogozarski is a MDPhD candidate at the Medical University of Vienna, where he studies medicine (Start: 2020) and pursues his doctoral studies (Start: 2024) in vascular biology.
He has a particular interest in interventional cardiology and anitplatelet/antithrombotic therapy.
His research focuses on metabolomic and proteomic profiling in patients with aortic valve stenosis and acute coronary syndrome undergoing treatment with potent platelet inhibitors, work that earned him the Young Researcher Prize at the 9th Atherothrombosis Winter School of the German Society of Cardiology (DGK). In addition he contributes to projects at the intersection of cardiology and precision medicine.
On a personal level, he speaks german, serbian/croatian/bosnian and english.
