Mr Riku Kiviluoto

Riku is a dedicated researcher with a Master of Science degree in Medical Physics from the University of Eastern Finland, obtained in 2023. Since then, Riku has been pursuing a PhD as a doctoral researcher, focusing on innovative methods in cardiac MR and PET imaging. Their research aims to develop early techniques to characterize myocardial changes, contributing significantly to the field of medical imaging. Riku specializes in conducting MRI and PET in vivo imaging studies with both mice and pigs, showcasing their expertise in preclinical imaging. Beyond their professional endeavors, Riku is an avid swimmer and scuba diver, enjoying the waters of Finland and even exploring cave diving.
