Doctor Dhruv Kazi

Dr Kazi is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Associate Director of the Smith Center for Outcomes Research, and Director of Cardiac Critical Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. His research focuses on evaluating the real-world comparative effectiveness and economic value of novel strategies for cardiovascular prevention and treatment, with the goal of identifying cost-effective interventions that can enhance population health. His work is funded by the US National Institutes for Health and the US Agency for Health Care Research and Quality, and has been published in numerous high-impact journals. Dr Kazi serves as an Associate Editor of Circulation and Circulation Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes. He is an alum of the University of Bombay, the London School of Economics, and Stanford University.
