Biography
Dr. Ahmed B. Shamsulddin is a resident physician and active clinical researcher based in Baghdad, Iraq. His primary clinical and research interests lie in heart failure, cardiac electrophysiology, hypertension and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy. Dr. Shamsulddin is dedicated to advancing precision medicine and refining clinical guidelines through rigorous methodological critique and evidence synthesis. He has over 15 publications in leading cardiovascular journals. His work has been published in The New England Journal of Medicine, European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, European Journal of Internal Medicine JACC, JACC: Heart Failure, JAMA Cardiology and The American Journal of Medicine. In addition to his research, he is actively involved in global medical education and serves as a content author and faculty contributor for the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM) Academy.
