Dr. Tanriverdi graduated from Inonu University Faculty of Medicine in 2016 and received PhD in Medical Pharmacology from the Institute of Health Sciences at Inonu University in 2021. He held a postdoctoral fellow position at the Aortic Institute at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 2022, focusing on research synthesis of the medical management of thoracic aortic aneurysm disease. His research interests include research synthesis, clinical pharmacology, drug-drug interactions, clinical trials, risk of bias, systematic review and meta-analysis of interventions, and the GRADE approach. Additionally, Dr. Tanriverdi is on the Editorial Board of the journal Cell Biochemistry & Function; he is serving as the secretary of the Executive Committee of the Clinical Pharmacology WG of the Turkish Pharmacological Society and is also a member of the International Lipid and Blood Pressure Meta-Analysis Collaboration Group and the European Society of Cardiology Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy (EuroCVP) WG.
