Daisy has worked at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Scotland since 2004. She was promoted from Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to Clinical Nurse Manager - Advanced Practice in 2019 and the teams include Heart Failure, Chest Pain & Cardiothoracic ANPs in addition to Respiratory, Lung Cancer Nurse Specialists and Surgical Care Practitioners in CT theatres. Daisy successfully defended her thesis in February, 2023 and awaits awarded her Doctorate degree in the Summer. Her research interest is post-operative delirium. Her hobbies include gardening and watching football. She is also a big foodie and passionate about green living.
