Mr Daniel Perez Vicencio

Daniel Perez Vicencio is a researcher and educator specializing in data science and cardiovascular science. He began his academic journey at Harding University in the U.S. with a B.Sc. in Cellular and Molecular Biology and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at the University of Aberdeen. Daniel then pursued an M.Sc. and is currently doing a PhD in Cardiovascular Science at the University of Edinburgh, where he focuses on using machine learning to enhance triage strategies for acute chest pain. In addition to his research, he has teaching experience at institutions such as the University of South China. Fluent in Spanish and English, Daniel is eager to continue contributing to advancements in medical science and healthcare outcomes.
