Biography
Lisseth Hernández, MD, is a cardiologist at the National Institute of Cardiology “Ignacio Chávez” in Mexico City, with advanced training in Advanced Echocardiography. She serves as an attending physician in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, where she focuses on the management of critically ill patients, ECMO, and mechanical circulatory support. Her clinical work is complemented by academic involvement in cardiovascular imaging and critical care research. She is currently the National Representative of the Acute Cardiovascular Care Society for Mexico.
