Biography
Jose Luis is a Venezuelan medical doctor and production engineer who graduated in Caracas, Venezuela. He is currently a medical resident specializing in internal medicine and cardiology at the Heart Center Dresden, part of the Technical University of Dresden. His research focuses on atrial fibrillation and heart failure, areas he is actively exploring as part of his doctoral studies.
