Dr. Natasha Qureshi is originally from Vancouver, Canada. She obtained her bachelor's degree in biochemistry at Barnard College of Columbia University where she graduated cum laude, and her medical degree from St. George's University where she graduated magna cum laude. She is currently completing her third year of Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City and will serve as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel starting July 2023. She will apply for Cardiology fellowship to match in the 2024 cycle. Her interests are in women's heart health and heart failure. Her current research focus is on the management and outcomes of the population diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, playing tennis, trying new recipes, and traveling to explore new cities.
