Biography
Ruth is an experienced Cardiovascular clinical pharmacist working at Leeds Teaching Hospitals which is a large tertiary Cardiology centre in the UK. She is particularly interested in acute and chronic heart failure care, cardiovascular disease prevention and also runs a post MyocardiaI Infarction medicines optimisation clinic. She is a NICE Cardiovascular Disease prevention guideline committee member and is secretary for the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association Cardiovascular committee.
