Professor Xinyang Hu

Xinyang Hu is a Chief Physician in Cardiology, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where she serves as Executive Vice President. She leads a Category A Innovative Research Group funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. She has received the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Award and serves as a principal investigator under the National Key Research and Development Program of China. Her research focuses on coronary physiology and myocardial injury and repair. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including Nature, The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, and Circulation.
