Professor Diana Zaliaduonyte

Prof. Dr. Diana Zaliaduonyte has been working as clinical cardiologist for 15 years. From 2014 till 2017 she was a Chief of the Diagnostic Department in Cardiology Clinic of Lithuanian University of health Sciences Hospital, since 2017 – the Head of Heart failure and valvular Diseases Department in Cardiology Clinic, since 2020 - Director of Medicine at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Hospital. She also takes a position of professor at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Field of interest in scientific research includes left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction, heart failure and echocardiography. Dr. D. Zaliaduonyte is an author or co-author of more of 100 various publications, many of them published in peer-review journals. She is an investigator in the national and international projects, clinical trials (mainly heart failure). Since 2020 she is a Head of Heart failure working group of Lithuanian Cardiology Society.
