Ms Katrin Knoedl

Katrin Knödl, MSc, BScN, is an Advanced Practice Nurse and clinical researcher at University Hospital Graz, Austria. She also works as a study nurse and project coordinator. After completing her nursing diploma in 2013, she started working in the cardiology outpatient department and the cardiac catheterisation laboratory, with a focus on coronary angiography and electrophysiology. In 2022, she started working in a patient education and telemonitoring programme for heart failure patients. Her current clinical and research focus is atrial fibrillation, and she is now involved in the development and implementation of an integrated care model supporting patients undergoing catheter ablation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and in nature, particularly horse riding and running.
