Biography
Specializing in Anesthesia, Resuscitation, Intensive Care, and Pain Management (2008, University of Verona), and in Intensive Care Med (2009, Free University of Brussels, ULB). Consultant since 2008. Currently Associate Professor at the University of Verona (Department of Surgical, Dental, and Maternal-Child Sciences, since November 1, 2016), she is employed in the Anesthesia and Resuscitation Unit (B BR) of the AOUI of Verona. Since 2015, she has been one of the Intensive Care Unit's coordinators, and since 2023, the Verona University Hospital (AOUI) has held a position of Highly Departmental Professionally in the "Appropriateness, Safety, and Specific Training in Critical Care."
She is enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Brussels (ULB), focusing on ischemia-reperfusion management.
Main interests: Periop and critically ill patients hemodynamic and respiratory mngmt, microcirculatory abnormalities, septic shock, cardiac arrest, dynamics, biomarkers, and antibiotic therapy.
