Graduated at Umeå University in 2019 with a Master of Science of Psychology. Did clinical practice in primary care and acquired the psychologist license in 2020. Continued working clinically for one year before starting the PhD in September 2021. The doctoral thesis is about the treatment of stress and anxiety in Takotsubo patients, psychometrics, associations between anxiety and MI, and the psychological effects of beta-blockers. Is very interested in the mind-body connection and clinical practice. Speaks Swedish, English and Spanish (proficiency in descending order). Also knows a little Italian and Russian. Favourite movie director is Stanley Kubrick. Ran marathon for the first time in 2024.
