Dr Arnab Banerjee is currently working as a Fellow in Cardiology at Lancashire Cardiac Centre, Blackpool, UK. He completed his MBBS with Honours in 2012 from R.G.Kar Medical College; and his MD in Internal Medicine in 2016 from IPGMER & SSKM Hospital, both in Kolkata. In 2016, he also completed with Distinction a PGP in Cardiology from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, USA. His Interventional Cardiology training took place in NH- Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences at Kolkata; where he was conferred upon with the degree of Doctorate of National Board in Cardiology(DrNB Cardiology). He attained his MRCP (UK) in 2022. He has always been a very academic person, with a keen interest in basic and molecular research. His areas of interest include Coronary intervention, heart failure and structural heart disease interventions. Reading books, watching movies and traveling are his favourite leisurely activities.
