Mr Joan Siquier-Padilla

Joan Siquier Padilla is a medical doctor who graduated from the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2020, he achieved 8th place in the Spanish Medical Residency Entrance Exam (MIR), which allowed him to begin his Cardiology residency at Hospital Universitari Son Espases, where he is currently in his final year (R5). During his residency, Joan has developed a deep passion for clinical cardiology and a special interest in research and statistical analysis applied to health sciences. To enhance his training, he completed a Diploma in Health Sciences Statistics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Furthermore, he has contributed to the scientific community through publications, conference presentations, and, since October 2024, has been working on his doctoral thesis at the Universitat de les Illes Balears.
