Biography
Džan Horozić, MD, was born in 1995 and is an interventional cardiologist at the Clinical Center University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo, in 2019 and completed his cardiology residency in 2026. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sarajevo. Dr. Horozić serves as an Associate Editor for the European Heart Journal – Case Reports and is the Young National Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Association of Cardiovascular Care & Prevention (ACVC) of the European Society of Cardiology. His clinical and research interests include interventional cardiology, echocardiography, structural heart interventions, heart failure, cardiovascular imaging, and clinical research.
