An observational cross-sectional study was conducted among CAD patients admitted in Nusa Tenggara Barat Hospital. The research data was documented from the medical and cathlab records of patients diagnosed with CAD during the period of December 2018 - October 2019 hospitalized in Nusa Tenggara Barat Hospital. Syntax score was calculated by Syntax Score 1 calculator. Statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 with Pearson correlation test. Sixty-five patients data was analysed. Majority of the subjects were men (80%) and 73.8% aged less than 65 years old. Approximately 69.2% exhibited low category syntax score and 76.9% had high monocyte level. Statistical analysis using Pearson correlation test finds p value 0.081 and r value is 0.218.
