It is our pleasure to announce the 47th Annual meeting of the ESC Working Group on Cardiac and Cellular Electrophysiology (EWGCCE) on 12-14 June 2023 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

After last year’s success in Toledo, Spain, we are excited to arrange our next standalone meeting at the University of Copenhagen. We strongly believe that an attractive scientific programme with excellent speakers and young researchers in a dynamic and interactive format will provide superb opportunities for broad exchange of knowledge and ideas within our community of basic and translational scientists working on the mechanisms of cardiac cellular electrophysiology and cardiac arrhythmias.

The scientific programme is organised in 5 sessions, each composed of one invited lecture and 3 short presentations which will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Two poster sessions and our annual Carmeliet-Coraboeuf-Weidmann award lecture will complete the scientific programme. We will provide the latest research updates and will display the most promising science in our field. All of the sessions will provide unique opportunities for networking, debate and interaction with worldleading experts. A social programme will provide opportunities for networking and meeting new and old friends. Industry exhibitors will present their latest solutions.

This year’s annual meeting will be co-hosted with the Danish Cardiovascular Academy, the Scandinavian Physiological Society and the University of Copenhagen Department of Biomedical Sciences (Blegdamsvej 3B, 2200 Copenhagen N).
