Needs assessment and expected educational outcome

To provide clinical physicians with conceptual approaches to develop multimodal diagnostic and treatment guidelines for high-risk patients with complex, multimorbid conditions. While assessments of typical diagnostic workups and treatment concepts are widely covered in clinical guidelines, a differentiated but integrated approach – often requiring interdisciplinary input – is needed to understand the needs of high-risk patients. Our webinar will discuss the complexities of handling cases that are less straightforward.
