• To improve the specific knowledge and recommendations for shunt closure in patients with PH ssociated in congenital heart disease
• To help remediate the underdiagnosis of CTEPH by encouraging the use of appropriate imaging (ventilation/perfusion scan, CT and echocardiography) to reveal signs of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension both after known PE and in the diagnostic work-up of PH without a history of PE. 
• To emphazise the consideration of the patient's perspective in the management of PH
