After watching this webinar, participants will understand:

• indications for percutaneous treatment of cardiogenic shock;
• evidence and limitations for interventional CAD treatment of diabetic patients;
• diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to CAD in patients with advanced kidney disease; and
• indications and strategies for performing CHIP.

• To understand the parameters of percutaneous coronary interventions, including:
• use of cardiac shock care centers – what is the need and how to organise;
• mechanical support for cardiogenic shock – for whom and when;
• how to deal with patients with CHD and comorbidities – revascularisation strategies and the best antithrombotic regimes after the procedure;
• how to deal with complex PCI – indications, techniques, the role of intravascular imaging for guiding the procedure and postprocedure DAP; and
• the role of the Heart Team in the CHIP program.
